De Los Rios graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in exercise physiology. She owns a nutrician and fitness center called New Body in New Jersey. to boot she is also a fully accredited Holistic Nutrition Coach, which she earned from  the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K) institute in San Diego.

The Program itself – how does it Work?

The program helps people lose weight by knowing the fact that everyone is different but at the same time it assess your body type to ensure you have the right foods. this is done by answering some simple and easy questions to determine your Metabolic type. After this point you are then able to progress to the next step and find out exactly what you should and shouldn`t eat.

You receive 20 full days worth of individual and very complrehensive meal plans so you know EXACTLY what to eat, and snaks for those wobble moments. There are also dozens of receipes to keep you interested in food so that you still enjoy eating.

It`s obvious from the get go with The Diet Solution progame that as well as the whole lose muffin top goal being paramount Isabel reallt does focus on it being healthy. She doesn`t make any bones about the weight loss industry being a real money spinner and that you dont need pills etc and quick fixes should be avoided, quite refreshing really.

Although I can`t give to much away as I dont want to be sued. I can say that Isabel does reveal some real bombshells on what foods help lose body fat, and what foods we`re all told help lose weight that actualy dont at all.

obviously junk foods are to be avoided with this weight loss program but also are any processed or typically packages snacks. Isobel recommends whole foods such as fruits (but not all) vegetables, nuts, seeds. Lean meets and fish are highly recomended and all this is covered in you meal plans.

Extra Bits

Isabel dedicates a hole chaper to the inportants of a mind set to keep you on the right track to losing weight and lose muffin top. She delves right into why people over eat, how to prevent it both with mind and meal.

There is also a bonus added to Isabels program, although the program is in the main a nutrician based weight loss program. For people who do want to exercise to further boost there loss of muffin top there are 3 full books that include full discriptions and pictures of the exercises. Isabel recommends mixing it up between cardio and resistants work outs to get the most out of exercising.

My Pro`s and Con`s

Ok so here`s what I didn`t like about the program

  • Doesn`t really cater for vegetarians – I would avoid this program if you`re a vegetarian.
  • You may have to increase your food spend slightly as Isobel recommends free range eggs etc.
  • Don`t expect to lose 90 pounds in 30 days as it`s a designed to change your eating habits for good.

What I did like

  • The program really concentrates on being a very healthy way of losing weight so the pounds will stay off rather than sort term advantages.
  • No stone is left unturned – you don`t get left in the dark as to what to do to reach your goal, and even if you do have a wobble there is email support to help.
  • I liked the fact that you definitely won`t go hungry like you would on a fad diet and you have such a variety of meal plans and snack to eat throughout the day.
  • Lastly it isn`t hyped up at all and you can tell that Isobel has put together a genuine program that works – and it`s backed up with a full 60 day money back guarantee.

Overall what did I think?

The Diet Solution program is extremely well put together and is almost bible like in detail. It`s not full of fluff and is packed with information from start to finish. Isobel comes from background where she is more than qualified to give advice on losing weight and the best way to do it.  In fact I picked up some some golden nuggets that I can use in my daily diet (and that`s after reviewing over 20 products). best of all I think that anyone could follow this program and have great success.

My Story – My Struggle

My slippery slope

Firstly I will start with an apology, as I was writing lose muffin top I became aware that some of this seems cliché but it is my journey and if it relates to others and what they are going through then so be it.

I would go in to a long tale of how I got fat but it would have taken up half the page. So to make it shorter I give you the basics.

LIFE, that is what happened. I got a career and I started to work longer hours and just ate what was easiest or nearest,  Mcdonalds was a stone throw from the office  (I should have called the site Lose McMuffin top). Then after a long day my friends would already be out in the local watering hole so I`d join them straight from work in my suit. There I would stay for most of the evening.

Ok reading that back it does just seem like I was lazy and should have known better. But the thing is that it happened over a period of time and I just didn’t notice I was on a slippery slope.

This is how it happens normally, a small little trigger i your life will course you to change how you eat and behave. Whether it be childbirth, depression, work, a break up they can all lead to a path you with you had never taken.

The journey back

So you know how I got to where I was, but what you really want to know is how I got to where I am right.

I knew that I had to make significant changes to lose muffin top round my belly and to lose weight quickly they had to be drastic. I didn’t have masses of time to spend that the gym due to my commitments so it had to be my diet. The diets that work fast are normally short lived as are there results so I had to do something I could keep doing. I mean we all know someone that always seems to be on and off diets, gaining and losing weight like a yoyo!

I also did want to lose weight quickly but at the same time put my health at risk. I have head of people injecting hormones produced by women during pregnancy, now that seems nuts to me. Not a way I would choose to lose muffin top at all.

The internet seemed the next logical step to take, I needed to find out the almost lazy way to lose muffin top, lose weight quickly and without hitting the treadmill for several hours a day.

Some of the information was obvious like cutting down on the Mcdonalds and the Beers. So I switched up the food and ate high protein low carbohydrate foods.  I binned off bread, potatoes and rice and kept in the meats and drank a healthy amount of water each day. Don`t get me wrong, I did not follow the Atkins diet that takes things to the extreme and can cause too many long term health problems that out way the lose muffin top goal. When it came to meeting up with friends I simply swapped the beer for vodka and diet coke (any low fat or dirt soda would work here).

Thing were working I lost a bit of weight but nothing amazing although by eating a lot better I felt a heck of a lot better. Less sluggish and more alert, but I was not losing weight I had plateau very quickly with.

I needed something more

I had done all I had read about but due to the lack of exercise I was doing and that my job involved me being sat on my behind all day I was not expelling enough energy to lose stomach fat ergo lose muffin top successfully. I didn’t want to reduce what I was eating for a number of reasons, I wanted to stay healthy and I would have felt hungry eating any less and with the vending machine close by I knew I would slip again.

I didn’t want to try Colon Cleansing stuff or the hyped up Acai Berry, my sister had tried both of these after giving birth to my niece Charlotte and they did very little if nothing at all. Frustration kicked, was I ever going to lose my muffin tops and look good again?

I have always believed that knowledge is power at least to a certain degree anyway. So I set about buying up some books, quite a few infact and basically tried everything the books said until I hit upon something that helped me lose weight quickly and for good.

Rapid weight loss – Truth or Myth

 I wanted to write about some Reported facts on losing weight quickly or in our case lose muffin top. Some of these you may be able to spot as myth immediately other you may not hence me writing this post.

Reported fact 1:  Reducing your calorie intact and exercising regularly just doesn’t work.  You body adapts the changes and adjust its metabolism to combat and therefore you will not burn belly fat. This has been coined the Diet Plateau.

Fact: Busted! What a lie, there is a very tiny amount of truth in this and here it is. I you continue to do the same regime day in day out yes your body will compensate for this slightly but not completely so in order to lose muffin top through exercise you simply need to change up your routine every month or so to continue the confuse the body. Bodybuilders have been using this technique for decades to continue to develop muscle as appose to rapid weight loss. But the principle remains the same exercise does work, if you can hit the treadmill for hours every day that is.

Reported fact 2: Toxins disrupt slimming. The theory is based on this. You fat cells hold a whole array of toxins (leptin, testosterone, insuln, growth hormone and catecholamines ) and when you exercise these toxins are released confusing your thyroid. Therefore preventing you from getting rid of belly and ergo you guessed it lose muffin top. Not good for us hey?

Fact: Once again, Busted! Again there is some truth to this, yes you body hold toxins in vast quantities if you don’t exercise regularly, you diet or you have more body fat than you ideally should have. Bur you have got to get rid of them somehow right. And the two best ways to do this is exercise or using a good product to flush them from your body without risk so you can lose weight quickly and safely.

Reported fact3: Maintain healthy sugar levels.  Too much sugar in your diet will turn into fat. In addition to this it can lead to the desire to load up on foods that are high in carbohydrates. So not a good thing when come to shredding the pounds.

Fact: I would agree with this but I think anyone with two or more brain cells know this one if you want to lose muffin top, so no muffins! Having too lower sugar level is also not particularly good so you need to find a way to strike a good balance in your sugar levels.

Reported fact 4: Stress whatever the cause can disrupt hormones leading to over eating and normally junk foods like fast foods and candy bars.

Fact: Be aware of any sentences where claims or facts are based around the word “can” yes I do not doubt that with some people gain weight due to stress but I have also see people at work have the weight fall off of them due to stress and just not thinking about food at all. So I could easily say stress “can” be absolutely amazing for getting rid of belly fat fast. I will add though that stress in its self really screws with your body and in this day and ages stress is part of life.  So maintaining and reducing stress is always good to keep your body in tune.

The overall learn and truth here is that keeping your diet in check. Getting rid of toxins and leading a relatively healthy low stressed  life is going to be a good thing right, and these will be a good foundation to start your goal to lose muffin top once and for all.

But, there is always a but and it come from fact one, exercise. We do not all do it and it is most likely the quickest ways to lose weight quickly once you have your diet in check. But due to whatever reason millions of us either do not have the time,  cannot make it to a gym or are hindered somehow where the level where the intensity of exercise need to lose muffin top is not an option. 5 Foods to speed up Metabolism

I`m always on the lookout and researching into foods to aid in the lose muffin top quest and here are my more recent findings. Although they won`t go into one meal, unless you have a cast iron stomach they most certainly will help you lose weight if you get them in somewhere.

  • Bison – there have been several studies over the years on the support of muscle whilst dieting or how to lose muffin top in this case. Due to the fact that Bison is both very lean and high in protein will aid in your weight loss efforts
  • Shrimp – As with Bison it`s low (bad) fat and high protein is a good bet and if you can add it into your diet.
  • Egg Whites – although over recent year there is an argument the cholesterol found in egg yolk is “good” cholesterol the fact is I won`t help you lose any weight.  But the whites once again are high in protein and very low in carbohydrates.
  • Habanero Peppers – These little fire bombs have been used in a number of weigh loss supplements for a few years now for their affect on metabolism so no doubt they work.  Just don’t over kill on the amount you have.
  • Dinosaur Kale – Question mark right, Turns out this dark leafy type vegetable with its bone like texture is a gem to have in you lose muffin top cupboard. Not only is it packed with nutrients to keep you healthy but boosts your metabolism.

Quick Tip – Stop & Speed It Up

Stop getting bigger

The first thing you need to start the Lose Muffin Top process is to “curb it” . You need to stop getting any bigger. I know what you are thinking, easier said than done? But if you want to lose belly fat or fat in any area is this is where you need to start.

So let us have a look at what the culprits of need to lose muffin top are:

  • Sugar
  • Too many Carbohydrates

You may notice I have not listed fat its self, this is for a good reason which I will come on to but I would recommend not eating anything with more than 3% fat.

You will carry a lot more weight if you are retaining water. For example one cubic centimetre weighs one gram and the culprit for fluid retention is SALT. That is right you would be surprised how little salt your body needs and it mainly needs it for you bodies internal communications although I appreciate that it tastes good on a bag of chips. Not the best weight lost program.

Now, Sugar, Too many Carbohydrates and Alcohol  I will group into one for the purposes of illustrating why they are a “no no” when it come to the lose muffin top goal here.

You may already know this, you may just need to hear it to make it hit home or this may be a revelation. These are all elements that our bodies can use for fuel all in different ways that is a given, I mean you wouldn’t load on on ten pints of ale before a marathon run but you get my point.

IF you don’t need these in the quantities you are consuming them your body quite basically stores them for when it does need them and its stores it as fat. Which in its self is fine in concept but if you do this consistently you will really start to gain weight.

So if you take note and control your intake of the above you have the key on how to lose weight quickly and lose muffin top, get that pair of lower rider jeans out.

Speeding up your metabolic rate

Without going into illegal products there are some everyday items you can eat or drink that can help to speed up your metabolic rate and help burn belly fat.

Water is a good place to start. I know I said earlier that retention is bad and it is but is your keeping your slat levels down you will actually help flush you body of junk and you body will be less inclined to retain it.

Pineapple juice, now you need to be care full on the amount you intake as otherwise you will end up adding to your muffin top situation. But in the right quantity pineapple juice will assist in the actually burning fat.

Caffeine, again if you have too much you will end up with heart palpitations but in moderation caffeine will speed up your metabolism and speeding up this is one of the best way to lose weight.

One thing I will add is that if you have more regular but smaller meals you will also increase your metabolism. I will leave this post here but these are some real key point in your overall goal to lose muffin top quickly.
